Ingredients

Sandwich bread, 16 slices
250 g Mozzarella
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs, to taste
Milk, to taste
Flour, to taste

Proceedings

Preheat the oven with the Air Fry inside.

Remove the crust from the slices of bread and slice the mozzarella thinly. Divide the milk, flour, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs into four different plates.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the milk and beaten eggs. Slightly soak the bread in the milk and place a slice of mozzarella on one half. Cover with the other slice of bread and crush to compact.

Subsequently, pass the bread squares into the egg, taking care to dip all sides.

After that, pass them in the flour and then again in the egg, to finish in the breadcrumbs.

Place the mozzarella in the freezer for 30 minutes, then place on the Air Fry with a drizzle of oil and bake.
