Ingredients

4 Bagel
200 g Smoked salmon
200 g Creamy cheese
150 g Pickled gherkins
100 g Radishes
Mustard, to taste
Dill, to taste
Caper flowers, to taste

Proceedings

Cut the bagels in half. Place them in the Smeg toaster and activate the specific heating bagels function.

Place the cream cheese in a bowl, add two spoons of mustard and mix well.

Spread the mixture on the heated half of the bagel, add the salmon, the pickles and the radish slices. Finely mince the dill and garnish the bagels.

Close with the other half of the bagel and enjoy this quick and delicious small appetizer
