200 g Pumpkin
Parmigiano Reggiano, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

Proceedings

Clean the pumpkin and slice it into thin pieces. Pat dry thoroughly with a cloth.
Place the slices on the airfry tray, sprinkle with a little Parmesan, and spray with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake at 170°C in airfry mode for about 10 minutes, or until the desired crispiness is reached.
