Ingredients

400 g Flour
5 g Fresh brewer's yeast
10 g Salt
300 g Water
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Seasonal vegetables, to taste

Proceedings

Melt the yeast into the warm water. Put the flour and the salt in your Smeg stand mixer bowl and gently pour the yeast solution into it, while the appliance is mixing. Leave the dough resting for at least three hours under a damp cloth.

After the resting time, place the dough on a tray covered with baking paper, sprinkle with oil, and knead with your fingertips to spread it. Here comes the time to have fun with the vegetables! Add your favourite vegetables and place in the oven at 250° for 30/40 minutes.
