Ingredients

250 g Cornmeal
1 l Water
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
200 g Toma cheese
50 g Butter
50 g Parmigiano Reggiano

Proceedings

Pour the cornmeal, water, and salt into a Pyrex baking dish.
Select the Smart Cooking mode, enter the total weight of the ingredients, and start the program.

Once the cooking program is complete, whisk the mixture to combine thoroughly.
Add the butter and diced Toma cheese, and stir until melted.

Top with grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste and serve hot.
