Step 1

Mix the three types of quinoa and pour them into a glass bowl, cover with 800 ml of water and add 8 g of salt and stir. 
Bake in multitech mode at 180° for 24 minutes (50% steam and 300 w).

Step 2

Hull all the vegetables and cut into small cubes, season with a little oil and, salt, pepper, grated ginger and curry powder . Arrange everything on the steel baking dish. Bake in 50% combined steam mode at a temperature of 180° for 8 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from the oven and lay the shrimps on the side of the pan and continue cooking for 4 more minutes.

Step 4

Once the quinoa is ready, pour in the vegetables and shrimp and mix well; season with soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and grated lime peel.
