Spicy chicken

Ingredients

1 Chicken
60 ml Oil
5 g Salt
8 g Hot pepper
3 g Dried oregano
3 g Rosemary

Proceedings

Combine all the spices and salt in a spice grinder or mortar until you get a coarse powder. Add the oil until you get a homogeneous and dense paste. Using a pair of scissors, divide the brisket along its entire length, until the chicken is open "to booklet".
