Step 1

Place soy sauce, garlic powder, white vinegar, sugar and ginger in a bowl. Add corn starch and water, then mix until a smooth sauce is obtained. Then cut the tofu into pieces.

Step 2

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the tofu and brown the tofu and add the prepared sauce, a few minutes on each side.

Step 3

Finish cooking until a thick and enveloping consistency is achieved.Finally, serve and top with sesame seeds for a crunchy touch.
