Roasted chicken

Ingredients

1 Chicken
30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
7 g Salt
7 g Pepper
3 g Dried oregano
5 g Rosemary
3 g Dried thyme
5 g Garlic powder

How do you want to cook the recipe?

Place all the spices, salt and pepper in a spice grinder or mortar until you get a coarse powder. Knead the chicken with olive oil and then season it well, inside and outside, with the spices powder.

If desired you can let the chicken marinate for the night in the refrigerator.

Step 1: place the chicken on the second shelf when the oven is still cold. Select the program Circular Steam and cook at 200°C for 55 minutes.

Step 2: select the Turbo function and cook at 250°C for 5 minutes. Once cooked let it rest outside the oven for at least 10 minutes before serving.
