Method

Preheat the oven with the BBQ inside.

Clean the fish by removing all the entrails and rinse under cold running water.

Season the sea bass by inserting the chopped aromas inside. Salt and oil the skin and place in the oven on the plate side of the BBQ. Do not turn the fish during cooking.

Cooking:
