Ingredients

1 kg Roast veal
Extra virgin olive oil, 2 spoons
3 g Salt
3 g Pepper

Proceedings

Season the meat with olive oil, salt and pepper while kneading it. If desired, add aromas to taste. Place the probe in the meat.

Select the program Smart Cooking > Meat > Veal > Roast veal, then place the meat on the second shelf of the oven using a 50mm baking tray and the supplied grill.

Once cooked let the meat rest for 15 minutes outside the oven.
