4 Salmon steaks (About 600 g)
Half a lemon, to taste
Oil, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Thyme, to taste

Proceedings

Preheat the oven with the BBQ inside.

Clean the fish taking care to remove all the bones.

In a separate bowl, emulsify the oil with the lemon and pour it over the salmon.

Add salt, ground pepper and thyme leaves, previously washed and dried.

Place on the plate side of the BBQ. Do not turn the fish during cooking.

Cooking:
Use the 2nd oven level - 220 ° C for 7 minutes.
