Ingredients

1 kg Roast beef
14 g Extra virgin olive oil
10 g Salt
3 g Pepper
2 Garlic cloves
Rosemary, 2 sprigs

Proceedings

Place the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper on a cutting board and finely chop them with a knife.

First season the meat with olive oil and then with the mixture.

Place the probe in the meat.

Place the roastbeef on the second shelf of the Smeg oven with smart cooking function using the supplied grill and select the program Smart cooking > Meat > Roastbeef.

Once cooked, let the meat rest outside the oven for at least 15 minuted before consumation.
