Mixed fried fish

This mixed fried fish is coated in breadcrumbs, semolina and parsley, then air-fried until golden. Light, crispy and full of flavour.

Ingredients

350 g Squid
350 g Calamari
300 g Shrimps
Oil, to taste
batter
50 g Durum wheat semolina flour
50 g Breadcrumbs
1 sprig Parsley
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Proceedings

Preheat the oven with the Air Fry inside.

Carefully wash and clean the fish, removing any residual tufts of squid, remove the shell and the black intestine with a toothpick from the shrimp. Leave the fish to rest on absorbent paper and then season with a drizzle of oil.

In a bowl, mix the semolina flour with breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Then pour the fish and mix to bread it evenly.

Place on Air Fry and bake.
