Bacon and caciocavallo pork neck rolls

Pork neck slices rolled with bacon, caciocavallo cheese, garlic and herbs, then grilled in the oven. A hearty and flavourful meat dish.

Ingredients

8 Pork neck slices
8 Pork bacon slices
80 g Semi-mature caciocavallo cheese
1 Garlic clove
Fresh parsley, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Oil, to taste

Proceedings

Preheat the oven with the BBQ inside.

Chop the parsley with salt, oil and a clove of garlic.

Separately, beat the slices of coppa to thin them and spread them out on a cutting board.

Season each portion of meat with the mixture obtained, a slice of bacon and flakes of caciocavallo.

Then, roll them up into rolls and secure them with toothpicks.

Add a drizzle of oil and bake on the Grill side of the BBQ.
