Steamed salmon, broccoli, anchovies and almond milk

Ingredients

Salmon steak 4 x 220 g
200 g Hulled broccoli
6 Anchovy fillets in oil
70 g Peel almonds
Aromatic herbs, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Proceedings

Soak the almonds in cold water for at least 1 night.

Drain the water and add 250 g fresh water and whisk vigorously, then bring the liquid to the boil in a saucepan and season with salt and a little pepper.

Season the broccoli florets with salt, pepper and a little oil and place them on the glass baking tray.

Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and the herbs and place them on the shallow enamelled baking tray.

Set the oven to 190° with 70% steam.
